Eastern Congo Community Development Network

We created the Easter Congo Community Development Network to identify and connect transformational leaders to facilitate the exchange of ideas and best practices to ensure the government integrates economic, community, and leadership approaches into community development plans.

Encourage open dialogues between citizens and government officials to combat corruption and ensure accountability. The objective is to evaluate and enhance public participation strategies for sustainable local development.

A fundamental understanding of community development processes is essential for developing and improving a community. We believe that when young leaders participate in community development, training, visioning, strategic planning, and leadership development must be ongoing. We teach the next generation of community development leaders to develop SMART solutions to boost investment, employment, and economic growth. We focus on competitiveness measures that may increase local readiness and long-term economic development.
